    You can get a secured loan with any good credit union. Example-If you or one of your parents was in the military you can use USAA ( dot com ). They invested you deposit in a CD, and give you the money back, and you can either pay just interest of 2.2%, and the principle at the end of the loan term, or you pay the interest of 2.2% and the principle back in increments. Yes, you get your money back. Minimum CD amount is $2500, which would cost about $60 a year to maintain plus the principle.

    They lend you money to hold on deposit. The loan is reported to the credit bureaus, building your credit. Then you give back the deposit to pay the loan back. at 4.9% it’s fast, simple and cheap.
